Hello, I'm currently working on a farming vehicle mod in FS22. The mod is designed by KMN Modding, ooTheMan. It is a r4045 sprayer mod that has a John Deere tractor's command arm which is different from the actual r4045 command arm. I found a similar looking command arm in other default john deere vehicles. for eg. JD Harvester has a pretty close cab interior to sprayer's interior. I opened i3D files for both the vehicles and under scenegraph and checked which transform points directly to the cab of the respective machine. I tried interchanging the cabs by placing the files where they should be under the exact folder. I could see the changes I made to the mod but it…

In this video I show how you can have a material selection and then change colors individually. Normally you would have a chrome selection as a color then separate colors, with this setup choose your material then choose whatever color you want. So I have had a couple of people working with vehicle type and specialization and I wanted to pass on how the game engine handles these attributes. So every vehicle has a type name at the top of the xml. Example below. <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8" standalone="no" ?> <vehicle type="carFillable"> <annotation>Copyright (C) GIANTS Software GmbH, All Rights Reserved.</annotation> The "carFillable" tells the game engine to look for specific attributes in the xml. Hey, wondering if u can give some guidance on configurations , I know how to do the 1 simple one from giants but I want to use the add configuration script, I got a mod that already had it working ect and in the coding all I changed was the keyword so instead of bar it said plate , to name it but it completely broke the mod lol, was wondering why it’s not working? This has been asked multiple times in discord so I thought I would add the subject here. To add a collision inside a vehicle the parent component in the rigid settings compound has to be checked. Also in the child collision part compound child has to be activated. Like shywizard has commented these settings can be applied while exporting a model in the new exporter for blender 2.9 or you can add the following example to the par by editing the i3d via notepad. hi im editing the Claas Cougar 1400 and the guy that converted it only got it to unfold and cut and nothing else so i have got the dirt to work but the in cab screen has a big plane the comes up when i turn the vehicle on and im not sure how to fix it

Hello all, so Im farming on PV19 Industries map and liking it so far. I would like to make it more realistic with augers and bins. The mayrath auger https://www.ls17mods.com/fs19-mayrath-grain-auger-v1-0/ works with a bin mod that i have for loading and unloading, but its not a load out auger. When unloading from the bin you have to manually activate the fill or the auger, which is fine, but you also have to manually unload it into a trailer. Is there a way to make it auto unload or unload when you pull a trailer under it? Or does anyone know if there is a load out auger mod? Thanks!

Hello, I've been trying to convert a fs17 mod to fs 19, but I'm having some trouble. As of right now this is my first conversion , I'm am using the Class Xerion mod by Smety(CMT). I was able to use the Giants editor to convert the tractor mod, once converted I went over the script file , "Xerion.xml" and fine tune some items. I'm current stuck with two errors. ERROR: Unable to find vehicle type name 'FS19_Claas_Xerion.class/############/ xerion.xml I've uploaded a image with the error, any thoughts?... I feel like I'm overlooking something.
