MultiSimPlayer Posted January 17 Posted January 17 hello guys, i am new here and new in this world of modding, i am trying to make a most realistic maintenance mod as possible for fs 25, wich include oil change, engine checkup and maintenance, tire wear, unfortunatly my knowleadge about coding lua and xml is very limited so i reach a point that i cant move forward. i am here to see if someone could check my code and help me finishing the mod. i can provide the work for those interested to help and give them the credits to show their help
WrinkleysRule Posted January 17 Posted January 17 Have you checked the Vehicle maintenance mods already on modHub for reference, https://www.farming-simulator.com/mod.php?mod_id=243703 https://www.farming-simulator.com/mod.php?mod_id=191007
MultiSimPlayer Posted January 17 Author Posted January 17 well didnt seen those, however i used the fs 22 mod for reference but as i said, my lack of knowledge of lua and xml make me reach a point that i cant advance anymore, the mod can be selected when i start a new save for example but seems that doesnt affect the vehicles, i know there is something wrong but the log from the game doesnt show any info as well, thats why i asked some help from people with more knowledge than me btw thx for the reply m8
WrinkleysRule Posted January 17 Posted January 17 Have you tried using the Giants Studio/Debugger to check your script, a video on how to use it is available here
